Order Confirmation
After you shop and checkout, you will receive an email stating that your order has been processed along with your order confirmation number. Most orders ship the day after your order is placed and should arrive within approximately one week from the date placed. You may contact our Customer Service Department (1-877-232-9721) to find out if your item(s) is in stock and what the estimated lead-time is for your order.
Freight Information
Orders will be shipped via UPS Ground or common carrier, depending on the nature of the items ordered. Once your order has been shipped, we will email you a shipment tracking number so you may monitor the transit of your package(s).
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order, for any reason, and receive a full refund provided your order has not been shipped. Our Customer Service Department can inform you of the status of your order and advise you whether or not the order can be cancelled for a full refund. Once an item is shipped, the terms of our Returns policy will take effect.
In some cases a custom, special order item may be non-returnable and non-cancelable, or may incur a restocking charge.
Reviewing and Inspecting Your Delivery -
Damaged Items
Please check all packages upon receipt for shipping damage (even if you do not plan on installing it immediately). Be sure to note any damage on the shipping company's delivery receipt and contact us by phone (1-877-232-9721) or e-mail (returns@paulsupply.com). If you sign for delivery and accept a shipment, we will not be held responsible for damaged products. Please note that a damaged product may not be exchanged for a different item.
Return of Defective or Erroneously Shipped Items
In the event that you receive the wrong product or a defective product, please contact us by phone (1-877-232-9721) or e-mail (returns@Paulsupply.com) to request a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA) and arrange for return shipment. Paulsupply.com will pay all return shipping costs and ship an identical replacement to you at no extra charge. Please retain all packaging material for return shipment or freight carrier inspection. Please note that a defective or wrong product may not be exchanged for a different item.

Returns Subject to Charges
If you are not satisfied, for whatever reason, with your purchase, and the product(s) are not damaged or defective, please contact us by phone (1-877-232-9721) or e-mail (returns@paulsupply.com) within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA) and a return shipping address. Please note that all items must be returned in their original packaging and in 100% sellable condition for credit to be issued. Credit will be issued for the full price of the product(s) minus a 30% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
We will attempt to assist you in identifying a carrier for returns, however paulsupply.com will not be responsible for any returned items that have been lost in shipment.
PLEASE NOTE: We will not accept returns on any Special Order products, Clearance items, or products that have been installed. All shipping charges are non-refundable. For returns on defective items, see "Return of Defective or Erroneously Shipped Items".
Credits: Please allow 30 days from the time you return your package for the items to be exchanged or for your credit card to be fully credited. Paulsupply.com cannot guarantee a refund on items returned without an RGA number or without its original packaging.
Code Requirements
It is the customer’s responsibility to insure that all purchased products meet local building/plumbing codes. Paulsupply.com will not be held responsible if products do not meet local code. Products that do not meet local code are NOT returnable.

Paulsupply.com sells only quality products from leading industry manufacturers. All products are covered by the manufacturers' comprehensive warranties. No matter where you live within the United States, the manufacturers provide complete and documented warranties with every product.

The sole purpose of obtaining this information is to enable us to provide our customers with the highest possible level of customer service. The information collected is only for internal use by paulsupply.com and will not be sold or distributed to any other parties.

Payment
Payments may be made online using a major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card). If you do not wish to submit your credit card information via the Internet please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-877-232-9721.
Sales Tax
We collect sales tax only on orders shipped to Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. Sales shipped to any other locations are not subject to sales tax.

International Sales & Shipping
If you would like to place an order from outside the United States or you would like to have it shipped outside the United States, please call us at 1-877-232-9721.
We will gladly make arrangements to have your order shipped to an export company of your choice. You will be responsible for making arrangements with the export company to complete the delivery to your final desired location.
